Her work mainly inspired by nature; the motifs are about iconic places in the world. She try to transfer the image from places into her jewelry to satisfy the people who want to escape from reality and unable to travel. She is fascinated with colorful gemstones and also interested in using alternative materials with different colors and textures.
Born in Korea, and now she lives in New York. Jackie (Jung Ki) Min is a designer and maker with a special background. Based on her previous major, Ceramics and Fiber Art, her design stands between traditional and contemporary art. She is also obsessed with sophisticated details and small components, especially colorful gemstones.
