M: Ice cream. All flavor at once! Plus a cup of good green tea (will be needed after )

M: My grandmother. She is a tailor for all her life - real craftworker - creative hard worker.

M: Meditation. Yoga. Good food break. Fresh air. Sky view. Or anything that will help you disconnect from reality. It’s important to find you own « reset button » to get a new strength.
